Sales Operations Manager EMEA

Our client:

Is an IT advise company and is based in the middle of the Netherlands.

Main responsibilities:

Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of improvement by using all available reporting, feedback from clients, feedback from Teammates, and Directors Lead Operational Excellence meetings to gather information and feedback results
  • Ensure Best Practices are adopted by all Business units
  • Lead projects to completion
  • Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
  • Facilitate, and organise the launch of new policies, practices, and procedures to the organisation, to include communications and training as required
  • Facilitate any change management activities that are identified to successfully implement new working practices
  • Meet with Finance to analyse costs to look for potential savings
  • Budgetary planning and other forecasting activities
  • Assist with the development of competitive compensation plans to support and grow the company’s revenue and
  • margin performance
  • Operate an effective and documented staff performance appraisal and review system in line with the corporate policy and timetable
  • Help develop and support a mentoring and coaching approach to staff development and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Essential Desirable
  • Educated to Degree standard
  • Experience of managing people.
  • Excellent understanding of all Business tools, policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in Change management
  • High degree of project management experience
  • Ability to compose budgets and understand P&L statements, revenue reports and productivity measurements.
